We’re strongly pursuing the hopes of opening the doors for the School of Ministry in October of this year (just a few months away). In order to do so, my family will have to move out of the school building to make way for students. The house we’ve been inching our way along to renovate is still in need of quite a bit of work; this work will need to be finished before we can move in. Realistically, we’re hoping to just get the house in a live-able condition. The following list contains the needs to accomplish that:

Plumbing: Adding kitchen drain to existing drain-work, connecting upstairs drain work to downstairs drains, running the vent pipe through the roof, running water lines, installing electrical water heater, installing tubs and toilets.
Electrical: installing light fixtures inside and out.
Flooring: Both the upstairs and downstairs need leveling. Installing new flooring.
Exterior walls: Patching holes in wood siding, patching fire damage areas, and adding vinyl siding to west side of house.
Interior walls: Adding insulation and drywall.
Roof: Replacing shingles on east side of roof.
HVAC: Installing HVAC (already scheduled for this September).

We’re always open to having volunteers come out to help. If you’d like to schedule a time to come chip away at this list, please contact us!
